    Configure and customize your OneWorkspaceX workspace

    Settings live in two places: account, workspace and billing settings under Settings in the sidebar, and Planner's own settings inside Planner.

    Account & Security

    Change Password

    • • Replace your current password

    Workspace Settings

    Workspace Title

    • • Rename the workspace

    Danger Zone

    • • Delete the workspace — immediately on Free, or at the end of the paid period on Business
    • • Reactivate a workspace that is scheduled for deletion

    Billing & Subscription

    Plan Management

    • • Current plan and renewal date
    • • Upgrade to Business, monthly or yearly
    • • Add or remove seats, with the prorated cost shown before you confirm
    • • Cancel at period end, or reactivate before it ends

    Billing Portal

    • • Update payment methods
    • • View billing history
    • • Download invoices

    Planner Workspace Settings

    API Tokens & Webhooks

    • • Create and revoke read-only or read-write API tokens
    • • Register webhooks and inspect their delivery log

    Automation, Integrations & Migrations (Admins)

    • • Connect GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket and your AI model key for Automation
    • • Connect Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord or Google Chat
    • • Import projects from Jira, Linear, Asana, ClickUp or monday.com

    Project Settings

    Per Project

    • • Name and description
    • • Switch features on or off: cycles, modules, views, pages, intake, time tracking
    • • Workflow states, labels and work item types
    • • Repository, base branch and review state for Automation
    • • Export or import the project as JSON
