Planner Module

    Your team's workspace for planning, tracking and delivering projects

    Planner is where your team's work lives: projects, issues, cycles and the documents around them. It is built into OneWorkspaceX, so it uses your workspace sign-in and roles, and it is the data your AI coding tools read and update through Studio.

    Workflow Example

    1. Create a project, e.g. "Website Revamp" with the key WEB
    2. Paste the brief into the project description and choose "Draft from description"
    3. Review the drafted tickets, edit or drop any, and create them
    4. Plan a cycle and drag the first tickets onto the board
    5. Move a ticket to In Progress — with Automation on, Planner opens a pull request for it
    6. Track progress in the cycle's burndown and the project's Insights

    Plans: The Free plan includes issues, cycles and pages for one project. Modules, saved views, intake, time tracking and insights come with Business; custom work item types with Enterprise. A project admin can also switch individual features off per project.
