Workspace Home

    Where you sign in, pick a workspace, and find everything else

    Workspace Home is the part of OneWorkspaceX that isn't a single module: your account, your workspaces, the people in them and how you pay. Everything else — Planner and Studio — opens from its sidebar with the same sign-in.

    Single Sign-On (SSO)

    Sign in once and move between Home, Planner and Studio without signing in again. Your workspace role applies everywhere, and switching workspace switches it with you.

    Sign in → Choose workspace → Home, Planner and Studio with the same session

    On Enterprise, admins can also connect a SAML identity provider (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace and others) for a verified email domain, and require it — so removing someone in your identity provider removes their access here. Every admin change is recorded in the workspace audit log.
